Most people feel quite helpless when it comes to problems that they see or hear about. Whether these problems are here at home or in a different country, the problems are easily forgotten because of the normal daily pressures of family, work and church. A part of being a Christian is purposely choosing to look for these problems and seeking to remedy them with the tools that God has given them.
How can you help? Well, as stewards of every resource that God gives us, it is important to wisely manage those things. Whether it is our time, thoughts, activities, money, jobs, church, prayers, we all have limitations on what we can do with what God has provided. Frankly, the best way you can help this ministry is to ask of God what He desires. While money is always helpful, I am reminded, often times, of the words of the Apostle James when he said “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
Prayer moves mountains. Prayer changes hearts, souls, and nations. So we ask that you pray. We are fully confident that God will direct you towards what He desires from you and show you how best you can assist us in this ministry.
We appreciate any prayers, words of encouragement, donations and simple hello’s to remind us that we are not, and the least of these, are not forgotten.
